Kia ora bloggers and welcome back with another post! but this time the learning is at home again due to a case of covid! which is why we are in lockdown at the moment. The senior classes have been having zoom meetings. The meeting are about half an hour long.
How I feel about lockdown, I feel happy and sad, happy first! I am happy because I get to stay home and not do school work for the whole day and also play with my pup, but sad because I miss being with my friends and doing fun stuff at school. Zoom meetings, I used to HATE zoom meetings because I didn't like sitting in my chair for half an hour and listening to a few voices but its okay now.
Learning, learning is okay for me a bit, the subject I absolutely hate is probably maths, I hate doing all the adding and subtracting its just so hard for me which is one of the things I am still learning. Writing and reading for me isn't a problem especially reading because I love making DLO'sI think it is also a great opportunity for people to learn how to do things at home and keep them busy if they are bored or need something to do.
So bloggers that is all I have to share, I will let you know on another blog post if anything changes like having to go into lockdown for more that just a week or if the days reduce to shorter days, anyways that's all, I will keep you updated soon! see you next time bloggers!
I really like how you've articulated and explained your feelings about the impacts of Lockdown in Level 4, thanks for your honesty Zara. If you need any help with your maths during lockdown, feel free to email me. Keep up your fabulous attitude towards your online learning, I know it can be tough and frustrating, but it won't last forever! Have fun with your puppy. :-)
ReplyDeleteYes its a tricky time at moment but think of the positives. Time with Ginger (she is just gorgeous), family, sleeps in and chilling out. You can still do learning Epic for great reading (remember to update your reading log book) and also to help with your maths keep doing a little Matific each day perhaps. Stay happy and see you Monday on the google meet.
